He also leads TaxTalent’s Symposia Training Program, preparing the next generation of tax leaders.

Stephanie brings deep industry expertise and a client-first mindset to every search. A long-time leader at TaxSearch, she has successfully helped companies across sectors attract and retain top-tier tax professionals for critical leadership roles. Known for her strategic perspective and commitment to long-term success, she builds lasting partnerships grounded in trust, performance, and results.

Frank brings a unique edge to executive search as a tax attorney with hands-on experience from firms like KPMG and Baker Tilly. His background in U.S. international tax — including cross-border planning, GILTI, FDII, and M&A — allows him to vet top talent with unmatched depth. He’s passionate about developing strategic tax solutions and mentoring emerging recruiters.

Based in Mount Pleasant, SC, Cheri manages campaign coordination, content, and branding. Her background in project coordination makes her a vital bridge between the marketing, executive search, and training teams.

Amanda plays a vital role in permanent placement searches: managing agreements, coordinating interviews, and facilitating communication with HR teams and hiring authorities. Project Coordinator

Rashell joined TaxSearch in 2025 as a Project Coordinator, where she supports permanent placement searches from start to finish. She manages client agreements, coordinates interviews, and serves as a key point of contact for HR teams and hiring authorities. Known for her organizational strength and attention to detail, Rashell ensures the administrative and logistical aspects of each search run smoothly, enabling efficient and successful placements.

Director of Information Technology

Christian has worked for TaxSearch, TaxTalent and Taxforce since 1998. He lives in Tulsa, OK with his wife Kimberly and 3 dogs Ike, Ollie and Maylie. In his free time, Chris likes to BBQ and golf.
