But Tony didn't stop there. His innovative spirit led to the creation of one of the first proprietary applicant tracking systems in the industry. This groundbreaking technology allowed TaxSearch to harness a national database of tax professionals, revolutionizing how employers and candidates were matched.

Expanding the Vision

Tony's foresight and deep understanding of the tax industry's needs led to the expansion of his initial vision. In 1999, he launched TaxTalent, an online community for self-career management in the tax profession. In 2008, he launched TaxForce, to help companies in optimizing their talent and budget, especially in the consulting area.
